		<description>GLORIA, Short Film
Production Designer

GLORIA takes place in three main locations:
1- The Interior of the protagonists’ apartment
This involved a fair amount of construction, transforming a bright, derelict, empty location into a dark moody, windowless and fully dressed space.

2- The offices of the warehouse in which the film is set
There were multiple locations used for the back of house office scenes. Each involved detailed dressing with props and graphics that were created or sourced. Elements ranged from producing product and company logos and packaging to furniture and signage.

3- The warehouse itself and the many locations around it
This fully operational robotic warehouse was open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The location allowed us to make dressing adaptations to the space but these needed to be quickly and easily removable. Props were designed to fit in to the surrounds while helping to set the scene.

Below are the first two stills from warehouse, however the many more sets created for the film cannot be shown yet as GLORIA not due for release until September 2013.

<description>SkinCeuticals Flagship, London Bridge Plastic Surgery
Interior Designer

L'Oréal skin care brand SkinCeuticals asked me to refurbish one of their key clients Mayfair spa rooms to be branded as a SkinCeuticals London flagship. I designed the space with a new layout to create client journey, focusing on separate zones and a premium client experience. The room breaks up in to an informal consultation area to put the client at ease, technical consultation and skin analysis, treatment table and branded retail area with built in navigation and signage.

		<description>GARRARD Christmas Windows, Mayfair
Art Director

Garrard asked me to create a concept for their Christmas windows in a classical style but with a modern twist.
I chose the theme of a winter castle, lit up at night with magical glowing snowflakes that cover the face of the building like clusters of flakes that have fallen and frosted onto the glass, drawing you around the corner from New Bond Street.

The shapes are drawn from patterns created by multiple snowflakes falling onto one another. The fluorescent blue acrylic panels over the entrance are CNC routed, etched and cut in lines that glow in ambient light.
The snowflakes for the windows are more detailed patterns, etched and cut with a laser cut line allowing for intricate patterns to be created for each individual flake.

		<description>Gisele Ganne, New Collection
 Campaign Art Director

This project took on the Art Direction for the launch of Gisele Ganne's new collection 'The Witching Hour'. I devised the concept and created the miniture set for the shoot, as well as directing the shoot and art working the final images.

Concept Sketches
&#60;img src="http://payload147.cargocollective.com/1/1/53094/5253690/Final house s.jpg" width="670" height="669" width_o="1000" height_o="999" src_o="http://payload147.cargocollective.com/1/1/53094/5253690/Final house s_o.jpg" data-mid="28560780"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;&#60;img src="http://payload147.cargocollective.com/1/1/53094/5253690/COMBI 4_13.jpg" width="670" height="669" width_o="1000" height_o="999" src_o="http://payload147.cargocollective.com/1/1/53094/5253690/COMBI 4_13_o.jpg" data-mid="28560747"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

"Inspired by Anne Rice’s trilogy of books “The Witching Hour” this collection is about Witchcraft and the aesthetics that lend themselves to the practice of it. Directly influenced by the American Victorian and Gothic styles of architecture, the New Orleans’s French Quarters and Louisiana plantation manors, this range draws parallels between architectural elements their human counterparts; church stained glass windows and tattoos, and ancient door knockers and body piercing."
The haunted house aesthetic was inpired by Giseles description for the collection and influences from film and tv. It is made up of lasercut layers of transluscent matt black acrylic and lit to create moody and 'creepy' feel to tell the story. Jewellery was shot in situ on the assembled model with other theatrical elements, including the nail extensions on blackened hands and the swinging front gate which includes the shape of Giseles logo.

		<description>FRANK Concept Shop
Interior Designer

Designed for a small start up boutique in East London, the goal of the owner/founder/curator is to show a collection of objects, artworks and fashion items in a dynamic space, which captures the imaginations of the shops clients.

The space is divided into three distinct zones: The Boutique, The Gallery &#38; The Library. The concept that ties them together is the floor itself coming to life and cocooning around the work on show in each area. Life and creation are the key words here. Since every work on display will be the creative output of a writer, artist, jeweller or maker of some kind, the most important feature of the space was to create an embodiment of the energy that exists in the items on show.

The Boutique has sweeping floorboards which curve up the wall like a wave, taking out corners between floor and ceiling and suspending a rail of clothing mid way with a shelf for shoes and accessories above. The jewellery tank in the middle of the room has lurched up from the floor, continuing the floorboards across the space as though they have stood proudly and voluntarily to support the glass tank above.

The Library is a source for inspiration holding great books and magazines, too often left static and vertical on shelves. Here they come to life amid a structure that appears to grow and wrap around each shelf organically.

The Gallery has the floorboards reaching up the far wall and leading the eye behind the object shelving at the back. They sprawl out across the slanted ceiling like grass reaching for the sky.
